How much is the RunFearless entry fee and what does the price include?

Spectators are free of charge.

All costs inc fees. Prices can increase at any time. Included in your entry fee is your wave access plus finishers goody bag including runner’s tech t-shirt and medal.

(Please note unfortunately anyone who has booked entry after the 21st May cannot be guaranteed a finishers t-shirt on event day. These T-shirts will be sent out in the post to your booking address following the run. Please allow 3 weeks post event for delivery.)

Do I need a supporter’s ticket?

No all supporters are free of charge, so come and enjoy the atmosphere and cheer on your runners.

How old do I have to be to enter?

You have to be 18 years or over to take part in RunFearless. On registration you will be asked to show your ID, we operate a challenge 25 system so if you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will need to show your proof of age. But all ages are welcome to come and support the runners and have fun in the RunFearless Village.

What should I bring / wear?

Your signed waiver and then whatever you’d like to wear!! Please remove any sharp jewellery which could get caught on other runners and yourself, we advise you remove all valuables. You will get very muddy so if you love it don’t wear it! Bring a change of clothes with you including footwear for the end of the run so that you can get changed and enjoy hanging out in the RunFearless Village and the Muddy Arms Pub. Don’t forget to bring a bin liner for your wet clothes!

Do I need to sign a waiver?

All RunFearless entrants will be required to sign a pre-run waiver. At least 4 weeks before RunFearless you will be sent further information (via email) about the event which will include a copy of the events waiver. Due to the nature of OCR events and the potential dangers, resulting in personal injury, all participants will be required to sign this waiver in order to take part. Waivers will be collected at registration therefore all entrants must register in person. Please bring your signed waiver with you to help speed up registration, if you have forgotten we will have waivers available to sign on the day.

Where can I park?

There is a car park adjacent to the RunFearless Village. Parking is charged on arrival at the following prices: Cars - £5, Minibuses - £10, Coaches - £35 (if you would like to organise parking please contact us directly on the “contact us” page.

Can I bring a mini bus?

Yes, mini busses are very welcome. They are charged £10 on arrival (cars are £5)

Is there any coach parking available?

Yes, you are very welcome to arrange a coach for your party. Please use the “contact us” page to arrange coach parking.

Why do you need all entrants email details?

Prior to the event all entrants will receive an information email which includes everything you need to know about taking part in RunFearless. As this email also includes details of the waiver you will need to sign to take part in the run all participants must receive this directly which is why we need all entrants email addresses.

Is there somewhere to store my belongings?

Yes, we have a bag drop. But possessions are left at their owner’s risk.

Is the course timed?

The 10.30am Wave is a Competitive Timed Wave. If you wish to be timed, or compete to become the first Male or Female Finisher, 10.30am is the wave for you.

Is RunFearless a competitive race?

There is one competitive timed wave which is at 10.30am. If you wish to be timed, or compete to become the first Male or Female Finisher, 10.30am is the wave for you. All other waves are not timed or competitive and you can complete them at your own pace.

Do I have to be fit to take part?

We recommend that you have a good level of fitness to take part in RunFearless, however, none of the obstacles are compulsory, and some of the tougher obstacles have easier options to accommodate everyone. Consult your doctor if you are unsure about whether you should take part.

I don’t like water do I have to swim?

There is water involved in the RunFearless course and water safety teams will be on standby at all water locations. There will be alternative routes for any non-swimmers.

Can we bring dogs?

Well behaved dogs are welcome at RunFearless, but they must be kept on a lead at all times.

Can you enter as a team?

Entering as a team is easy just get a group of friends, colleagues or family together and buy multiple entry tickets for your chosen wave. We’d love to hear about your team and your training so please use #runfearless in all your social media posts.

Is Camping Available?

Yes, camping is available at Base Camp, our fully equipped campsite.
